Ready to quit? Increase your chances of success by joining a Freedom from Smoking class at the DC Center. A new Freedom from Smoking class will start in August. Classes will take place on seven consecutive Thursdays from August 9th to September 20th.

The Freedom from Smoking class we teach is an adaptation of the American Lung Association's gold standard, group clinic that has helped thousands of smokers to quit for good. It is modified slightly to be more relevant to the LGBT Community and people living with HIV/AIDS.

Please note: You will not quit smoking until week 4 of this class This is intended to give you adequate time to prepare, and to benefit from the information presented in the first three classes.
