GLOE – The Kurlander Program for GLBTQ Outreach & Engagement at the Edlavitch DCJCC – is launching a new seminar series in partnership with Capital MMA & Elite Fitness that offers an introduction to Gracie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense. This workshop is being co-presented with the Edlavitch DCJCC’s Inclusion and Disabilities program to ensure the safety of all individuals.The class is geared toward members of the LGBTQ community, as well as those with disabilities.
Each class is $10, and registration is capped at 30 attendees; if cost is a barrier to someone’s participation, or if any accommodation requests are needed, feel free to contact josefp@edcjcc.org to work out an alternate arrangement.
