Unión=Fuerza Latinx Institute at Creating Change 2018!

Have you heard about Unión=Fuerza 2018? It’s a full-day gathering on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) issues in Latino/a/x communities that is part of the National LGBTQ Task Force’s Creating Change conference, the largest national conference on LGBT equality. This is the sixth year that a full-day Latino/a/x Institute is being organized.

The idea is to bring together diverse groups of LGBT Latinos/as/x and allies from across the country to foster supportive relationships and build each others’ capacity to advance LGBT Latino/a/x activism.

Please visit the Unión=Fuerza website: www.unionfuerza.org/interested, where you can declare your interest in participating. On that same form, you can let the organizers know you would be willing to share room or travel costs with someone. You can ask to be connected with others from your area that are also interested in attending. You can even ask to speak to someone about the whole thing!

Ya escuchaste de Unión=Fuerza 2018, el Instituto Latino? Es una cumbre Latina sobre temas lésbico, gay, bisexual y transgénero (LGBT) que forma parte de una conferencia más grande llamada Creating Change….la conferencia anual de cinco-días del National LGBTQ Task Force.

Creating Change es la conferencia más grande al nivel nacional sobre la igualdad LGBTQIA+. Este es el quinto año que se organiza un Instituto Latinx.

Unión=Fuerza pretende reunir un grupo diverso de Latinxs LGBTQIA+ y aliados de através del país para apoyarnos unos a los otros y ampliar nuestra capacidad de avanzar el activismo Latinx LGBTQIA+.
