Mr. Marengo is a graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies with concentrations in Criminology and Substance Abuse. Mr. Marengo’s work in state politics brough him to DC where he worked on and off the hill. Shortly after the 2000 elections, Mr. Marengo began working for a wide range of non-profits and associations in the areas of data management and event planning/development.
