Todd grew up in Maryland and moved to DC in 2003. He earned a degree in political science from Wake Forest University and went on to complete his JD at Catholic University. Along the way, he studied in London, England, and Krakow, Poland. In his free time, Todd likes to travel, cook, run, ski, swim, and entertain friends.
