DESCRIPTION:GLOE - The Kurlander Program for GLBTQ Outreach &amp\; Engageme
 nt at the Edlavitch DCJCC - is launching a new seminar series in partnersh
 ip with Capital MMA &amp\; Elite Fitness that offers an introduction to Gr
 acie Jiu-Jitsu self-defense. This workshop is being co-presented with the 
 Edlavitch DCJCC's Inclusion and Disabilities program to ensure the safety 
 of all individuals.The class is geared toward members of the LGBTQ communi
 ty\, as well as those with disabilities.\n\nEach class is $10\, and regist
 ration is capped at 30 attendees\; if cost is a barrier to someone’s par
