DESCRIPTION:The DC Center for the LGBT Community invites you to celebrate w
 ith some cocktails and toast the new LGBTQ Community Center with a special
  night at our Spring Cocktail Celebration in the Dupont Underground event 
 gallery. We’re excited to bring the community together with an in-person
  event as we prepare to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new locati
 on this summer. Enjoy a gathering of friends\, family\, supporters and goo
 d vibes with entertainment including music by DJ Jake Maxwell\, special gu
 est performances\, plus an open bar for the first hour.\n\nGet Your Ticket

 DC Center’s upcoming relocation and new space renovation. Plus\, you’l
 l be the first to have a sneak peek at the spectacular new floor plans and
  office layout as only can be experienced in the Dupont Underground.\n\nSp

 \n&nbsp\;\n\nAbout The New LGBTQ Community Center:\nThe new LGBTQ Communit
 y Center will encompass 6\,671 square feet\, currently being designed for 
 buildout with The DC Center’s specific needs for the community in mind. 
 It will include ten offices and multiple co-working stations. The new Comm
 unity Center will be larger than The DC Center’s current location and wi
 ll allow an increase in community and service outreach\, capacity\, and im
 plementation as well as the opportunity to sublease office and desk space 
 to other LGBTQ+ nonprofits. Confirmed to share the space are Wanda Alston 
 Foundation\, Rainbow Families\, and G3 Associates. The new Community Cente
 r will go above and beyond ADA requirements to ensure inclusivity\, access
