WDCGBL provides lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) basketball players and our friends opportunities to participate in sporting, recreational, social, and charitable activities that promote acceptance and visibility of the LGBT athletics community and create lasting relationships between people from all walks of life.
Adventuring is a not-for-profit, non-membership, all-volunteer organization serving the gay and lesbian community in the Washington, DC area since 1980. DCGFFL is the mostly-gay flag football organization that engages in recreational and competitive flag football. Our all-inclusive group incorporates any person at any skill-level. We aim to foster and perpetuate the participation of flag football in the DC area.

Federal Triangles Soccer Club (FTSC) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to promote the growth of soccer and foster a sense of community for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and GLBT-friendly players. FTSC pursues theese goals by providing a venue for the play of soccer where we encourage players of all levels to participate and improve their skills through club-sponsored, soccer academy sessions, pick-up play, forming teams to compete in local soccer leagues and
DC Front Runners is a running, walking and social club for gay people and friends in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Membership is open to all people regardless of race, pace, age, gender, sexual orientation, or athletic ability. Visitors to the DC area are always welcome to join our runs or walks.
The Capital Area Rainbowlers Association (CARA) is a member-supported organization composed of gay and lesbian bowling leagues in the metropolitan Washington, DC area. CARA serves to promote the sport of bowling in the national capital area’s LGBT community.
