On Friday, Dec 8th MOVA and OutServe-SLDN will host a military discharge upgrade clinic at the MOVA office in Judiciary Square (441 4th St NW, Suite #870N). An OutServe attorney will screen DC Veterans discharge paperwork (DD-214, NGB-22) that was less than honorable and determine if the Veteran’s sexual orientation or gender identity was a major factor in the discharge. Others discharge factors will be reviewed and any Veterans requesting assistance with official change to their military records (DD-215) is encouraged to book an appointment.
