How can a handful of brightly colored cubes give you and your partner a new perspective on your sex life, and new tools for opening communication? The techniques of the Graphic Sex Project tap into the mind’s creativity, playfulness, and logic to shine a new light on sex, and to create a joyful approach to a sometimes difficult topic.
This two hour workshop will includes a simple and fun individual activity, a guided discussion of insights with your partner, and a group discussion to share discoveries and issues.

The Couple Sexuality Workshop is facilitated by Jennifer Beman who developed the Graphic Sex Project to encourage open communication about a sometimes difficult topic. Jennifer also facilitates a monthly discussion group for women about all topics sexual. Not a certified counselor, she considers herself an artist working in a variety of mediums to open up conversations about sex in ways that help people feel less isolation in their unique experience of their own sexuality. In a culture that mixes an unhealthy dose of shame and guilt into a national obsession with sex as a commodity, Jennifer has a unique talent in making conversations about sex feel comfortable, fun and practically wholesome.
The cost of this workshop is $25 per couple or relationship unit (triads are welcome). Nobody will be turned away due to cost. If you cannot afford the cost of this workshop, please e-mail supportdesk@thedccenter.org.
