The Atlantic States Gay Rodeo Association (ASGRA) is a charitable and social organizatino whose primary purpose is to promote the sport of rodeo and foster country and western lifestyles in the gay and lesbian community. ASGRA members enjoy the fellowship of numerous social, recreational and educational activities. The Chesapeake and Potomac Softball League (CAPS) was founded in 1983 to establish a friendly place for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered (G/L/B/T) people in the greater Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area to go to play softball, learn and/or enhance softball skills, and meet new people.
