The mission of the award-winning Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC is to entertain through excellent musical performance, to affirm the place of gay people in society, and to educate about the gay experience.

Book Men DC is an informal group of men who are interested in gay literature (both fiction and non-fiction). Most of the men live in or near Washington DC, but a few members bring a breath of fresh air to our meetings from outside the Beltway, and visitors to DC are always welcome to drop in and join the discussion.
DCMovieBears is a social activity group for gay and bisexual men and their friends in the DC Metropolitan area. We get together every Wednesday night to see a movie at a local movie theatre. We often meet either before the movie for dinner or after for dessert or coffee.
Gay District is a community-based organization focused on building understanding of gay culture and personal identity, awareness of community events and civil rights for gay, bi, trans, queer and questioning (GBTQQ) men between the ages of 18 to 35 in the Washington DC metropolitan area.
A bear club for DC that is event focused. Mimimal trappings of traditional bear clubs (no officers, dues, newsletters) with a focus to create recurring and sustaning bear activities across the metro DC area.
OutWrite provides a space for LGBT authors to share and discuss their work with the community through book readings, lectures, and community discussions.
Prime Timers of Washington, DC is a social organization for older gay and bisexual men and their admirers. It serves as a catalyst for bringing together men with “like interests” for social and recreational activities.
