Center Aging is a program of the DC Center made up of a broad spectrum of volunteers. Our mission is to provide support and advocacy for the aging LGBT populations of the DC metropolitan area and those who provide services to them.
Due to the oppressive anti-LGBTI laws and social cultures in almost 80 countries around the world the U.S. is a frequent destination for LGBTI individuals seeking a new and safer life. We as members of the LGBTI community in the U.S. have a duty to help provide safe passage for our brothers and sisters from other parts of the globe. It is to this end that Center Global has been formed.
