Looking for something rewarding and fun to do this summer, sign up for Pride Pilates with Becca. This class is high intensity, low impact, and based on the Pilates principles: breathing, precision, and control. A full body workout is promised with every class and every class is designed for all fitness levels. Class is always done to a fun new playlist made with energizing music!
