Book Men DC is an informal group of men who are interested in gay literature (both fiction and non-fiction). Most attendees live in or near Washington DC, but a few members from outside the Beltway bring a breath of fresh air to meetings, and visitors to DC are always welcome to drop in and join the discussion.
On Wednesday, May 15th, they will be celebrating their 20th anniversary at the DC Center for the LGBT Community. They welcome anyone who is interested in gay literature, and light refreshments will be provided. To support our recovery community, we will also note that alcohol will be present at this event.
