November is National Adoption Month! Join the DC Center and Rainbow Families for Adoption Information Night for LGBTQ+ prospective parents. If you love kids and/or have thought about becoming a host, foster, respite, or foster-to-adopt family, then this event is for you! Come learn about the DC child welfare system, the need for LGBT-friendly host/ foster families for older youth, and some of the many ways that you can make a difference in your community. No commitment necessary!
The Foster & Host Parent Information Night will include presentation by Rainbow Families, a local LGBT organization that connects, supports, and empowers LGBTQ+ families in the DMV. A question and answer session will follow.
