Empowerment Self Defense Part 2 / Refresher
This class is open to anyone who has taken a previous Empowerment Self Defense Class. It will be an opportunity to refresh the skills you learned, discuss any situations or barriers to defending yourself that you have noted since your last class, and learn new skills!
This class will include:
– review and practice physical self defense skills
– learn new physical self defense skills
– review and add to your verbal self defense skills
– learn the basics of bystander intervention
Open to women, trans, and gender-nonconforming people age 16 and up.
