You are welcome to join the Community Advisory Board meeting of the GW HPTN Site on Tuesday, 30 April 2019 at 12-1:30pm. Lunch will be provided.

The HPTN is dedicated to the discovery and development of new and innovative research strategies to reduce the acquisition or transmission of HIV.

Their Community advisory boards (CABs) serve as a voice for the community and local study participants. CABs provide input into study design and local study procedures. CABs work to ensure that research strategies acknowledge and respect the values and cultural/ethnic differences among participants.

The meeting will be held in the Conference room at the 6th floor.

If you cannot join in person, a call line will be provided.

Updates on recently completed studies, ongoing studies, and general discussion about HIV prevention activities will take place. New ideas and projects will be discussed, your ideas and input about HIV prevention are welcome.
