On Tuesday April 2nd, 2019 at 8:30pm, BSC will join forces with The Catharsis Project to present an evening of theatre, dance & poetry focusing on various issues affecting black gay men & people of color. This one night only performance will be centered on the importance of affirming black gay men within the black community.
Touching on a host of hot button issues including identity, ageism, sexuality, mental health, visibility & much more, this production consists of a series of dramatic & comedic monologues, short scenes and staged readings of works which aim to entertain, educate, and inspire. “IMPRESSIONS” will be a night of artistic performances dedicated to empowering and affirming the lives of Black LGBTQ people and their allies.
