Join Center Women and Rainbow History Project for a new collaboration: a virtual LGBTQ+ women’s history tour! We would love for you to join us in learning about DC’s LGBTQ+ history in a fun, interactive way. In order to participate, we kindly ask you provide a small donation. All proceeds will benefit the DC Center for the LGBT Community.
Presenters will be Cassandra Ake from Rainbow History Project and Ty Ginter from DC Dykaries.
Rainbow History Project works to collect, preserve and promote an active knowledge of the history, arts and culture of DC’s diverse LGBTQ+ communities. DC Dykaries is a collaboration between B. Williams and Ty Ginter to create a record of DC’s lesbian spaces, places and groups.
