Join us on the fourth Friday of every month for a Center Aging Lunch from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
Lunch will be provided. This month’s lunch will feature a discussion on local LGBTQ history featuring author, librarian, and historian Philip Clark. Philip Clark is the co-editor of Persistent Voices: Poetry by Writers Lost to AIDS (with David Groff) and In the Empire of the Air: The Poems of Donald Britton (with Reginald Shepherd). He lives near Washington D.C. and writes regularly about LGBT history, literature, and visual arts. Please join us. Join us for a presentation by Philip, followed by a group discussion. We look forward to hearing your memories of our local LGBTQ community.
All older adults (however you define that) are welcome to join us from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM.
