The September Health Working Group Meeting will focus on Suicide Prevention in honor of suicide prevention month. We will be discussing the new OSSE Fact Sheet on Suicide and Youth in the District. We will also be discussing the work of partner organizations to prevent suicide and how the DC Center can support this work.
The Health Working Group (formerly the HIV Working Group) is a volunteer-driven LGBT health outreach, education, and advocacy initiative of The DC Center.
Meetings are held every fourth Wednesday of the month at 6:30PM at The DC Center (2000 14th Street NW, Suite 105).
