The DC Center will be closed during its daytime office hours from noon to 6pm on Monday, June 10th 2019 while we recuperate and clean up following the Capital Pride parade and festival celebrations! All evening events after 6 at the Center will proceed unaffected.
The Center will reopen for regular business hours Tuesday, June 11th.
The Diverse City Fund has opened grant applications for the spring of 2019!
The Diverse City Fund works to nurture community leaders and grassroots projects which are acting to transform DC into a more just, vibrant place to live. Through grantmaking, the Diverse City Fund identifies, supports, and connects people in communities of color who are engaged in change work.
They support the development of community-level social change by funding projects that have less access to traditional funding sources.

Whitman Walker Health is offering a new job opportunity as a concierge for their Maxor pharmacy!
The concierge will be first point of contact for the pharmacy lobby, and will be responsible for greeting customers, assisting patients, maintaining inventory, and facilitating communications between patients and the back-end pharmacy staff. This position requires a GED and one year of customer service experience, with bilingual Spanish skills as a plus.
